These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the nurtar platform and all services offered at nurtar.vip. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. By creating a nurtar account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.

By accessing the nurtar Platform, creating a nurtar Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the nurtar Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotions, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the nurtar Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.
nurtar reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or on-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
To register and maintain a nurtar Account and to place real-money wagers on the Platform, you must at all times:
nurtar reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by nurtar may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Each Player may register only one (1) nurtar Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid Philippine mobile number, a unique email address, and a date of birth. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
nurtar is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity and age of all Players before enabling real-money deposits and withdrawals. You will be required to submit a clear photographic copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — acceptable forms include the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), UMID, passport, driver's license, or PRC ID. Verification typically completes within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours on business days. nurtar may request additional documentation including proof of address or source of funds at its discretion or as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. Changes to your registered mobile number or banking details must be submitted with supporting documentation through nurtar's official support channel. nurtar is not liable for any loss arising from incorrect Account information provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nurtar Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:
nurtar will never request your password via email, live chat, Viber, Messenger, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be reported as a security incident immediately. nurtar is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to maintain reasonable security practices.
nurtar accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank Online. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the source.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash and Maya. Minimum deposits via bank transfer may differ and are displayed at the time of transaction. nurtar does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
GCash and Maya deposits credit to your nurtar wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take between five (5) minutes and two (2) banking hours to appear. nurtar is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance windows.
Players may set voluntary deposit limits on their nurtar Accounts via the Responsible Gaming settings in their account dashboard. nurtar may also impose mandatory deposit limits in accordance with PAGCOR responsible gaming directives or at its own discretion based on Player account activity.
Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment account registered in the Player's own name and matching the name on the verified nurtar Account. nurtar does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. All withdrawal requests are subject to security review; nurtar reserves the right to delay processing for additional verification in cases where unusual account activity is detected.
Deposits of Real Money Funds not associated with any bonus are withdrawable at any time subject only to the minimum withdrawal threshold and identity verification requirements. Bonus Balance funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 8.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or transaction) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 applied against the account balance, following thirty (30) days' written notice to the Player's registered email address. Accounts with zero balance after the dormancy period will be closed.
nurtar may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback, tournament prizes, and other incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which take precedence over these general Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion's terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are not recoverable.
All games available on the nurtar Platform — including slot machines, live casino table games, bingo, crash games, and fish shooting titles — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer mechanics, as applicable to each game type. Game outcomes are determined independently of nurtar's administrative systems and cannot be influenced by nurtar staff.
Each game has specific rules published within the game interface. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-run return over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. nurtar publishes game RTPs in accordance with applicable transparency requirements.
In the event of a discrepancy between information displayed on the Player's device and the game server's records, the game server record shall be the definitive record for all purposes including dispute resolution. Any malfunction of software or hardware on the nurtar Platform voids all associated game outcomes and wagers; affected Players will be notified and impacted amounts credited or refunded as appropriate.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nurtar Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

Gaming on the nurtar Platform is for entertainment purposes only and should never be used as a source of income or as a means to resolve financial difficulties.
nurtar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes; account inactivity; or regulatory direction from PAGCOR or other competent Philippine authority.
Upon termination of an Account for cause attributable to the Player (including fraud, multi-accounting, or prohibited conduct), nurtar reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance. In cases of termination not attributable to Player fault, verified Real Money Balance funds will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any outstanding security review.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their nurtar Account may do so by contacting nurtar's live chat support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, with verified remaining balances returned to the Player's registered payment method.
All content on the nurtar Platform — including but not limited to the nurtar brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of nurtar or its licensed game providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the nurtar Platform without the prior written consent of nurtar.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nurtar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including losses from game outcomes, technical interruptions, third-party payment processing delays, or unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
nurtar's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player and held in the Account at the time the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits nurtar's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
nurtar collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a nurtar Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, and PAGCOR regulatory reporting purposes. nurtar does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.
nurtar may amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided to registered Players via the email address on file or via on-platform notification no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless immediate amendment is required by applicable law, PAGCOR directive, or urgent security considerations. The current version of the Terms is always available at nurtar.vip/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the nurtar Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and nurtar, you agree to first contact nurtar's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.
